COMMANDER'S FAREWELL MESSAGE. His Excellency the GovernorGeneral has received the following message from the comimander of the German cruised’, Emden:— On departure from Wellington and the Dominion of New Zealand, 1 would like to tender to Your Excellency, on behalf of all the personnel of my ship my deep gratitude far all the coux-tesy and hospitality extended by Your Excellency, and my bumble request that this anay be conveyed to all concerned.
