A petition in bankruptcy has been filed by Charles Pritchard, hotelkeeper, of Foxton. The liabilities are shown as £1229 ,18s lid and the assets as £6O, of which latter amount £3O is the estimated value iof book debts; The amount owing to unsecured creditors is £IOOB 14s 4d, Messrs T. and W. Young (Wlellington) being the only seeuired creditor, to whom £2*2l 4s 7d is owed. The principal creditors are Messrs R. Bryant (Foxton) £79 17s 7d, Foxton Borough Council £124 8s 2d, New Zealand Breweries, Ltd. £65 2s, W. Bull, Ltd. (Levin) £3O 15s 3d, Standard Bjfeiwery Co., Ltd. £39 8s -3d, Midland ‘Brewery Co. Ltd. £59 19s 9d, Bank of New Zealand (Foxton) £365, W. Baker (Wellington) £l5O.
