TOWN HALL. “Plastered in Paris,” the Fox comedy featuring- Sammy Cohen, is one of the funniest seen here this season. It is being shown at the Town Hall to-night. Cohen, remembered as the amusing little Hebrew doughboy of “What. Price Glory,” and “The Gay Retreat,” is again seen in the role of a soldier, hut only for a few moments, as most of the film is taken up with 'his adventures in Paris, along with a war buddy, Arhere they go in search of a c-nre for Sammy’s kleptomania (the result of being shellshocked) and a cute little French girl that he had left behind. Jack Penniek plays the buddy and gets every bit of humor possible out of his role. Prominent parts are also well taken by Lola Salvi, Ivan Linow, Albert 'Conti and Marion Byron. “Plastered in Paris” is ideal screen fare for those who wish to scare away the blues. Don’t miss it. Also screening to-night, “Sky Jumper” (comedy), “Story of Chocolate,” an interest film and latest. News. Usual .prices. Throbbing with mystery, lure, and colourful backgrounds, “The Desert Bride,” a Columbia Master Picture, will screen at the Town Hall on Monday. It presents a powerful story of adventure, daring and romance, woven about a French girl and an officer of the Foreign Legion in the Mohammedan. to\vn of Jebbel Abbas on the Arabian Desert.
