REVALUATION OF BOROUGH
At last, night’s Borough Council meeting the Clerk said he had nothing yet. to report on the matter of the proposed revaluation of the whole borough. He anticipated that the work would be commenced within a month or so. He had, how - ever, received notice from the Valuer General that three more applications had been made for private revaluation of borough properties and they bad been granted as follows: H. Berry, Thynne Street, £212. New valuation, £l6O, a reduction of £52. 'Presbyterian Church, £549. New valuation, £425, a reduction of £124. G. H. Stiles, Main Street, (not yet available).
