A petition in bankruptcy lias peen filed by Frederick Thomas Shaw, labourer, of Foxton, whose debts total £IBO 34s Id, creditors have no security and assets are set down as nil. The principal liability is £SB, due to the Palmerston North Hospital hoard, the balance of debts comprise small amounts to Foxton tradesmen.
