PERRY BROS.’ CIRCUS.
Located on Easton Park, this great ring show, which includes a comprehensive menagerie, will open in-Foxton on Monday, May 6th. Among the -items of a sensational programme are those of the Lorenzes, mid-air flying trapeze artists, featuring beautiful Daphne Lorenz in her. double -twisting somersault. And then there is Babette in the loop of death, and Candello, an acrobat on stilts. The five Verduns will be seen in a dental whirl, while the A chi troupe will hold the audience spellbound. Klento and Kay are Continental clowns. The Carom Arabs hold pride of place as -whirlwind tumblers. Captain Monzalo, with his jungle terrors. Alberto, the somersaulting wirewalker; Le Henri, bounding jo/key rider, and Tommy, the jazzing elephant, will amuse the audience. Jumbo is the -only tusk performing elephant brought to Now Zealand.
