DRUNKEN MOTOR DRIVER.
RECEIVES TWO MONTHS’ IMPRISONMENT. Christchurch, Last Night. At the Rangiora Magistrate’s Court this morning, Frank George Gibbs; a contractor, charged with being- drunk in charge of a motor car, was sentenced to 30 days’ imprisonment, his drivirjg license cancelled and he was prohibited from holding a license for two yeafs. & Evidence showed that Gibbs was found asleep in the car with several bottles of liquor. On a further charge of breach of a prohibition order, Gibbs was convicted and ordered to pay costs.
