PERSONAL
Mr. “Bob” Linklater, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Linklater, left for Christchurch on Monday last to talke a two rnnoths’ course in flying. A recent message from him was to the effect that he had his first instruction flight and is keenly enthusiastic.
A quiet wedding was celebrated at All Saints’ Church, Foxton, on ■Wednesday last when Mr. George William Scadden was united to Mrs. Barbara Staff. The Rev. W. 11. Walton officiated. We # join with the friends of Mr. and Mrs. Scadden in wishing them Health and happiness.
