FOX TON BOROUGH C OUNCIL. N'OTIICIE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it, ’the Foxton Borough Council will, at a meeting 1 to be held on MONDAY the 13th May, 1929, at 7.30 p.m., make and levy a General Rate of 3d 47/64ths of a penny in the £, a Lib - vary Rale of 7/tilths of a penny in the £, and a Hospital Rate of 39/64ths of a penny in the £ on the unimproved value of all the rateable property in the Borough of Foxton, and a Winter Supply Rate of six pounds per centum" on the Annual Value on all land and buildings to which water is supplied with a ,minimum charge of ten shillings on all land and buildings the 'annual value whereof does not exceed twelve pound's ten shillings; also a water supply rate of one-half the foregoing amounts on all land and buildings situated within one hundred yards of any water main to which water can be but is not supplied. Such rates to be for a period commencing on 'the Ist April, 1929, and terminating on the 31st March, 19.30; the said rates to be due and payable in one sum on the 27th May 1929 at the Town Oledk’s Office, Foxton; also that a discount of 2\ per cent. ;be allowed” off all rates paid in full on or before the 26th June, 1929.
