ANZAC DAY.

Arrangements are being completed by the local Returned Soldiers’ Committee for the fitting observance of Anzae Day. As in previous years, the returned soldiers and veterans will parade at 2.10 p.m. at the Council Chambers and march to the Town Hall, where the memorial service will be bold. The parade will be in charge of Lt. J. F. Riches, while the Committee lias been fortunate in securing Chaplain-Major W. H. Walton, C.F.j to deliver the Anzac address. in addition to this service, one will ,be held in the school grounds at 10 a.m., to which all citizens are invited.
