CARNIVAL NOTES.
The Country Committee are holding their weekly euchre party in Hamer’s Lounge this evening. The Sports Committee have arranged to have a garden party at the residence of Mrs .Frank Procter to-morrow afternoon. A number of attractions in connection therewith are advertised in their space today. On Thursday evening, a Sports euchre party will |be held in the Town Hall supper-room. A football match, Shannon and Foxton seniors, will be played on Easton Park on Saturday, the proceeds to go to the Sports Commit - tee, and in the evening a dance will be held in the Masonic Hall.
