MAORI ENTERTAINMENT.
+ ■ ROYAL THEATRE NEXT TUESDAY. Mrs. Eparaima (Aputa Ihakara) is organising a Maori entertainment in connection with the forthcoming visit of Bishop Bennett to this district on Alpril 18th. The entertainment will be held in the Royal Theatre next Tuesday evening. The programlme will consist of vocal and instrumental items, inter- . spersed with dancing and supper. The best Maori talent in the district will contribute to the programme, which should attract a large audience. Mrs. Aputa is anxious that the local public should attend the function and join with the Maori people in making the function a success.
