SWIMMING
FOXTON CLUB CARNIVAL • TO-NIGHT.
The Foxton S>wim|ming Club’s swimming carnival will be held this evening. Excellent entries have been obtained and the programme in connection with the carnival are now on sale. At the conclusion of the carnival visitors and prize-winners will be entertained to supper at Walls’ tea rootins wlicre the trophies will be presented by Mr. J. Linklater, M.P. Local retailers are requested to dose their business premises at 8 o'clock sharp in order to enable employees and others to attend the carnival.
