SCHOOL SPORTS

At the Bulls-Ohakea sports on Saturday the local school athletic team were successful for the second year in succession in winning the Vile Shield. ‘ During the afternoon Mr. Linklater, M.P., on behalf ' of Mr. Vile presented the shield to the winners. In doing so, he congratulated Foxton on their splendid performance', and also made reference to the splendid attempt of the run-ners-up, Rangiiotu. Mr. C. Procter suitably replied on behalf of Fo4ton. The following are the detailed results: —
