SHANNON DEFEATS FOXTON. On Saturday members of the Shannon Tennis Club journeyed to Foxton to meet the local Club in a friendly match and were successful in defeating the home team by 14 sets to 10, the aggregate points showing Shannon 129 and Foxton 108.
