Vei'tch) announced to-day that the by-election in the Bay of Islands electorate, occasioned by the result of the Election Court, which sat at the end of January, and declared that there was) sufficient evidence to show that Mr. H. M. Rushworth was not duly elected at the General Election in November, will be held on Wednesday, April 10, The writ will issue next Friday, March 8, and will he returnable on April 17. Nominations will close on March 27.
