CRIMES AGAINST WOMEN.
New Plymouth, Last Night. Ernest Frederick Loeseh, garage proprietor, of Opunake, was found guilty of carnal knowledge of a girl of 15 years. Sentence was deferred till to-morrOw. Stanley William Roy Chattergee was found guilty of assaulting a married woman at Urenui with intent to commit a crime. Sentence was also deferred.
