NOTICE OF POLLING DAY. jN PURSUANCE of the Electoral Ac t, 1927, and the Licensing Act, 1908, and their amendments, I, William Trueman, Returning Officer for the Licensing District of Mana,watu, do herelby give Notice that an election will ibe held for the Licensing Committee for the said District; and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will be noon on Wednesday the 27th day of February, 1929; and that the Poll, if, necessary, will be taken at the several 'polling places of the said district on the 12th day of March, 1929. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two 1 electors of the district, by a nomination, paper as prescribed by Section 110 of ijhe Electoral Act, 1927, delivered to the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 27th day of Pdbruary, 1929.
