ENGLAND v. BENDIGO. BENDIGO, Jan. 10. England in their first innings against Bendigo were all out for 305, Geary being bowled by Busbridge for a duck. Busbridge took three for 36, Moore three for 44. Bendigo wore out for 163: Thomas 63 not out, Porter 42, and Martin 25. No other player reached double figures. Larwood took six for 20, Hammond three for 40, Geary two for 28, Jardine one for 22. Thomas wen in wit’i the first wicket down and played an excellent hand. England in the second innings have lost eight for 173.
