COMING OF AGE PARTY.
A nfost enjoyable evening Avas given by Mr. and Mrs. F. Woods, of Bussell Street, on Thursday evening to celebrate the coming of age of their daughter, Nellie. Dancing, games and cards were indulged in. At a suitable juncture during the evening Miss Woods’ health _was , • drunk, the toast being-proposed by Mr. G. Smith, and accompanied by musical honours. Miss Woods suitably replied. A dainty supper was partaken of and the birthday cake cut by the guest of the evening. Mr. W. Trueman px-oposed the toast,' ; of the host and hostess and expressed the appreciation of those present for the enjoyable time afforded them! Mr. George Woods responded on behalf of his parents and the singing of “Auld Lang Syne” brought a close to a very pleasant evening. Among those present were the following: —-Mesdarnes G. Smith, T.
