IN BANKRUPTCY.
Ronald Norman Shaw, labourer, of Foxton, has filed a petition ini bankruptcy with ' the Supreme Court in Palmerston North. A deficiency of £142 17s 4d is shown, the total amount being due to unsecured creditors. Principal unsecured creditors were the following: W. Oates, Palmerston North, £l2 4s 9d; Nurse Powell, Foxton, £lO 10s. There are no assets. The majority of the accounts owing are for small amounts on trade transactions.
