THE WEATHER.
The Government meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: The indications are for northerly winds moderate to strong, freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, but later the weather appears likely to be cloudy_ and unsettled with some scattered showers. Warm Barometer falling slowly. Seas rough, tides good, seas increasing.
