DOG POISONING
Reference was made to the loss of revenue to the borough that would result owing to the dog poisoning that had been prevalent of late at last night’s Borough Council meeting by Cr. Cowley. Cr. Ross said the loss would already be somewhere in the vicinity of' £2O. The Mayor expressed regret that the offender could not be brought to justice and said that apart from the loss of revenue to the Council, many valuable dogs had been destroyed.
