PERSONAL.

Mr. and Mrs. J. K. Hornblow returned to Eoxton last evening. Mrs. I. Corn returned to Eoxton yesterday after spending a holiday in Napier. ' Mr. J. H. Murray, late manager of the Shannon Co-operative Dairy Co., and now of Eeatherston, has purchased a general store at Waikanae and mil take possession early in the new year. The friends of Mr. W. Ediin, who was recently admitted to the Palmerston North Hospital, will be pleased to learn that he has now returned from that institution. He is still undergoing treatment and at present is spending a few days with his parents in Levin.
