CHARGE AGAINST ASYLUM ATTENDANT.
Wellington, Last Night. A special Magistrate’s Court was held at the mental hospital, Porirna, to-day, when Henry Dixon Tyier, an attendant, was charged with causing actual bodily harm to a patient of the institution. It was alleged that the patient, whose condition was stated to be serious,' had been kicked by accused. After the patient’s evidence had been taken, it was decided to remand accused until next Wednesday.
