TREASURER’S STATEMENT. The treasurer reported as follows at Monday’s meeting of the Foxton Borough Council: — During the month of October the sum of £634 Is 4d was received and banked as follows: —District Fund A/e. £592 10s 4d, Cemetery A/c £1 2s 6d, Drainage Con. Loan A/c £4O 8s 6d. The ledger balances at the 31st October were as follows: —Accounts at debit totalled £1616 5s 9d and were made up as follows: — Imprest Cash £ls, gasworks £476 4s Id, general £551 2s sd, Hospital Board £23 12s Bd, interest £550 6s 7d. The accounts at credit were: — Hate arrears £97 9s 3d, fixed .deposit £IOO, cemetery £73 4s lid, Drainage Con. Loan £122 10s lid, heavy traffic £34 6s lid, library £B9 Is lOd, reserves £53 0s Id, Town Hall £44 14s Id, Town Hall Pictures £409 14s lid, worker’s dwelling £35 16s lOd, waterworks £479 2s lid.
