BAD HEALTH COMPELS RETIREMENT. London, Nov. 12. The “'Daily News” understands that General Booth’s condition is unchanged, necessitating his retirement. The announcement of his successor is expected iu a few days. [Braimvcll Booth has been General o£ the Salvation Army since 1912. He is the eldest son of the late General William Booth.]
