TOWN HALL. A continuous long night Cabaret will be run at the Town Hall on Wednesday from 8 pan. to 1 a.mr Newton’s full orchestra has been engaged, and special arrangements made for the receiving and screening of all the election results. The first feature.—“ The Valley of the Giants” is from the great story by Peter B. Kyne, and is ideal material for Milton Sills. It is the inside story of the lumber industry, the big trees and the romance of the redwoofls. Doris tKenyon plays opposite Sills in this picture, and a fine cast is seen in support of the star. “The Valley of the Giants” will be known as one of Sills’ greatest pictures. In the second feature Tom Wilson, widelv knowns as the funniest “black face comedian” on the screen, has an unusually clever role in “No Control,” which Scott Sidney directed for Metropolitan. He is seen as a one-juan band in a circus sequence packed with laughs. On the screen for more than ten years, Wilson has had but two roles wherein he. appeared as natural—and both of these were as a policeman, one with Chaplm and the other in “Seven Days.” He has more screen vehicles to his credit as a black face actor than any other screen player. Also the opening episode of the great chapter play “Blake of Scotland Yard,” a Comedy, Cartoon and latest gazettes. Prices 1/6 everywhere. Children half price. ROYAL. Bebe Daniels will be seen in her latest and funniest role in “FiftyFifty” at the Royal on Wednesday

(election night). For this pictur® the comedy team of Miss Daniels, Badger and John McDermott, author* were brought together again. This is the combination responsible for “Senorita,” “She’s a Sheik,” and many other laugh-getters. McDermott wrote the original story for “The {Fifty-Fifty GirJ.” The screen story is a tale of the modern young woman whose ideas on marriage are a bit out of the ordinary and who changes her mind considerably when bucked up against the ideas of her leading man, in this case James Hall. Also “Bugs for Sure” (Comedy), News and Scenic. Election results will be screened. Prices 9d and 1/6. Children half price.
