THE WEATHER.
The Government meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: — The indications are for southerly moderate winds and veering by west to north, freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather soon. Expect dull weather with much mist and fog in parts. The weather appears to be cloudy and unsettled with rain following. Warm temperatures. Barometer falling slowly. Seas and tides moderate, seas increasing.
