TELEVISION APPARATUS.

NOT READY FOR BROADCAST. LONDON, Oct. 17. After a studio demonstration of the Baird television apparatus, the British Broadcasting Corporation issued _ & statement to the effect that its 'administrative technical officials found the demonstration interesting as an experiment, but that it failed to justify a broadcast trial. The board, therefore, had decided not to give an experimental transmission at present, though it was prepared to revise its decision when development was justified.
