During the voyage of the Niagara from Vancouver to Auckland on the evening before the vessel reached Honolulu, S. A. Moth, of Albury, New South Wales, aged 70 and a member of the delegation of Australians of Scottish descent on their way back from Scotland, was lost overboard. He carried practically all his personal papers with him. Mr. Moth was a widower, his wife having died shortly before he left Australia, He was accompanied on the trip by his niece.
