GENERAL ELECTION.
MR. A. B. SIEVWRIGHT TO CONTEST OTAKI SEAT. Mr. Wl V. Dyer, Avho announced his candidature for the Otaki seat in the interests of the United Party, has, for health reasons, been compelled to withdraAV from the contest. Mr A. B. Sievwright has consented to stand as the official United Party candidate for Otaki. This will be his third essay in politics. TAA'ice before lie has stood in the Liberal interests, once against Mr. P. Fraser in Wellington Central, and last election against Mr. R. McKeen in Wellington South.
