CAKE AND HOME PRODUCE SALE.

The sale of cakes and other good things at the Town Hall supperroom to-morrow afternoon, which lias been arranged by the ladies of the Presbyterian . Church, promises to be a most successful event, as the goods already promised will make quite a tempting display. There will be home-made cakes and cookery of every variety, sweets, gai’den products, flowers and a jumble stall. By way of entertainment there will be music, a wood-sawing competition and table bowls, while afternoon tea will be provided for all in attendance. The admission will l<e by silver coin. Gifts for the afternoon will be welcomed and may be left at Mrs. Wishart’s confectionery shop, at the Town Hall.
