CONCERT PARTY
The Alliance concert party, wliq will give an entertainment at the Royal theatre to-night, will comprise some of Palmerston North’s best amateure talent. There will be a varied programme, including a one act play, solos, instrumental, musical, and eleeutionary items.
Miss Grace Houkler, a talented Australian speaker, known ns the “Dr. Mary Armour of Australia,” wilFgive a half-hour’s address. Miss Houkler has just returned from a four years’ residence in U.S.A., and has an interesting discourse to give on her experiences.
