POSTAL MATTERS.
An acknowledgement to-the local Chamber of Commerce’s letter to the P. and T. Department objecting to the Department’s cash-on-deliv-ery system and also requesting a reduction in telephone rentals, to the effect that both these are policy matters and the letter has been referred to the Secretary of the Department.
