PLANS COMPLETED. The following is an extract from the monthly report submitted by Mr. J. E. Menzies, county engineer, to the Kairanga County Council at their meeting on Tuesday:— “The Highway Board has adv'sed that our proposals for finan('mg the Awapuni Bridge will be considered when plans, etc., are approved. Plans for a structure 60ft. fi ng with 26ft. roadway are now whilst completed and will be forwarded for approval this week. This length of bridge will give a waternay in conformity with the Drain- -> Board’s proposals for banking the Mangaonc.”
