POSITION PRACTICALLY UNCHANGED. • Hamilton, September 0. The cathedral parishioners met last night to elect a new chapter, the chapter having resigned owing to disagreement over vestment services and financial matters. The result of the election is that only two seats arc changed, and both the new members have expressed opposition to High Church practices. The position, therefore, is practically unchanged.
