The Matron of All Saints’ Child reus’ Home, Foxton, thanks the folloAving very’ much for their severa gifts during the month of July:—
Mrs. Walls: cakes and scones; Mr. Bryant : meat and tripe; Dorset and Riches: meat; Mr. Stiers: fish; Mr. Woodham: load of wood; Mr. GoAA’er: four loads of wood; Mr. Hart: free cartage; Mrs. F. Robinson: vegetables and dripping; Marton donor: clothing; Mrs. L. Abraham, Palmerston North: vegetables and flowers; Mr. Thwaites, Palmerston North, dripping. The matron also desires to thank three young men, Messrs J. Goiver, J. Newton and Wright for assistance in carting AA’ood.
