BANKRUPT BANK MANAGER.
COMMITTED TO SUPREME COURT. Wellington, Yesterday. Information by the Official Assignee against James Douglas Adams, retired bank manager, late of LeAun, that the bankruptcy was caused by gambling, drunkenness, or unjustifiable extravagance,' was heard at the Magistrate’s Court today. Adams, avlio did not desire to be tried summarily, pleaded guilty and avus committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
