PLANS REVEALED. CHURCH AND MUSEUM. VAST BUILDINGS. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (Times Cables.) LONDON, July 9. 'Flic Paris correspondent of the Times states that plans for a great intcr-Allied memorial, commemorating the brother-hood-in-nrms ideal and the efforts of other countries to relieve distress, were revealed to-day. The proposal comprises two vast buildings, a church and a museum, with their erection on the hill overlooking Liege, within the fortified zone, where the first shots were fired in the Western campaign. The church will have chapels dedicated to Britain, Franco. Italy and the United States, and there will he smaller chapels, dedicated to over thirty smaller nations, including the Dominions, grouped around. Above all will rise a 300 feet campanile. The museum will consist of a tower and a semi-circular gallery divided into .seven pavilions. These will he occupied by the principal Allies, decorated with native material and floored with their own soil. Belgium will contribute half; the cost —£50,000 —and the rest of tlie money will be subscribed by tlie other countries.
