DEFRAUDING THE PUBLIC
Palmerston North, June 27. In the Palmerston Magistrate’s Court to-day David Alexander Swanson, a boilermaker, aged 50, was charged with defrauding by falsely representing that a certain wrapped soap was a special preparation for removing stains from clothing.
