S.M. COURT.
MONTHLY SITTING.
The monthly sitting of the Foxlon S.M. Court was held in the Courthouse yesterday before Mr. -J. L. Stout, S.M. CIVIL CASES. Judgment was given for plaintiff ui the following civil undefended cases: — D. Ball v. P. Kipa, claim .13/8, i-osts 17/-; G. F. Smith v. H. Wl Honiara, £1 I2s (id, costs 17/-; E. R, Booth v. K. Carter, £8 7s 3d, costs £1 17s (id; E. M. Wyllie v. H. Parfitt, £7 7s Od, costs 18/-; J. S. Hornblow v. C. Nelson, £3 3s Od, costs £1 3s (id; R„ E. Hart v. G. W. Unvin, £4 10s 7d, costs £1 3s (id; same v. 1’ Rata, £5 5s 3d, costs £1; W. D. Hastie v. J. E. Coley, £3O 2s Od, and order made for possession on or before 22nd June, 1028, costs £3 11s Od; G. J. Oliver v. W. A. MePhail, £lO Gs lOd, costs £1 17s Od. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.
\V. Wnllbutton was ordered to pay M. E. Pcrreau £l(s 2s 8d forthwith, in default 14 days, warrant suspended as long as defendant pays £1 per month. J. Martin was ordered to pay J. S. Hornblow £l4 Is Od forthwith, in default 14 days’ imprisonment, warrant suspended as long as defendant pays £2 per month. A. Albrey was ordered to pay C. M. Sorrensen £5 7s Id forthwith, in default seven days’ imprisonment, warrant suspended as long as defendant pays 10/- per month. Albrey was similarly ordered to pay A. E. Collins £l3 15s Gd, at the rate of 10/- per month. W. A. MePhail was ordered to pay C. W. Peach £2 Is Od forthwith, in default four days’ imprisonment, warrant suspended as lung as defendant pays 10/- per month. No order was made in the application for a judgment summons by Radio Ltd., claiming £24 17s 5d from W. Hamer.
No order was granted F. A. Clcluett who claimed £4l 12s lid from J. Harper.
