DECREE NISI GRANTED.

Napier, June 7.

Recent happenings in a house in Camel! Street, Napier, led to a case for divorce heard before Ah'. .Justice Ostler and a jury in the Supreme Court this morning when Thomas Alfred Sunnex petitioned for a dissolution of marriage from Ada Florence Sunnex, naming Thomas O’Dowd as co-respondent, and claiming £250 damages. A decree nisi, to be moved absolute in three months, with costs on the higher scale against co-respondent was granted, with the amount of damages claimed.
