ATACKED BY A STALLION
INJURIES RESULT IN DEATH. Blenheim, May 22. Gordon William Shirtliff, aged 23, the only son of J. W. Shirclift, of Miller Run, about 70 miles from Blenheim, was attacked by a stallion on the station yesterday, and sustained fearful injuries which resulted in his death while he was being brought to Blenheim. The same stallion attacked deceased a year ago, when he had a leg broken.
