All the fun and excitement of a circus and all the drama and thrills of a rodeo are to be had at the playhouse where Fox Films “The Circus Ace” at the Town Hall tonight. This is Tom Mix’s latest starring picture and it proved a real treat to the audience who witnessed the first screening. Both ,Tom and Tony, his horse are at their best in this story of a ranchman who, looking up into the sky, sees a parachute drifting downwards toward him with a beautiful girl clinging to the trapezq. What follows is action woven into a story of dramatic interest that is jammed with suspense, thrills and considerable fun. With fine supporting list of pictures at usual prices. 'Shirley Mason will star on Monday in a railway drama of more than ordinaiy interest “The Wtreck.” Usual prices. ROYAL. “Wild Beauty” is the feature film at the Royal to-night, Rex, the King of Wild Horses, who received the star billing on the production, is without a doubt the most amazing and paradoxical horse in history. He is a real wild horse and was roped out of a wild herd. But now he is trained to a perfection which excels that of horses born and trained in captivity. Rex is a fiery animal and it is hard to un derstand how such a ferociously acting stallion submits to being a motion picture star. It is to our advantage, however, for this picture is perfect entertainment. June Marlowe gives an appealing performance as the heroine and demonstrates that besides being a fine emotionaKactress she is also an excellent equestrienne. Also “Jane’s Relations,” Comedy and News.
