THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist, Dr. Kidson, wires as follows at noon to-day:- — The indications are for westerly winds, moderate to strong. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather with scattered showers. Cool temperatures. Barometer rising slowly. Seas roug , tides good., seas decreasing.
