London, April 20. 9 Tom Heeney’s manager, Mr. Mortimer, interviewed, said: — “When Heeney has won the Tunney fight I will bring him to Ne.v Zealand. He has a. good chance of the championship because he is the toughest man in the ring, and has kept constantly fit for fighting. Tom Heeney, who is now on his way to America, on Tuesday called on Sir .James Parr, High Commissioner for New Zealand, who wished him well in the name of New Zealand, declaring that the eyes of all New Zealand were no him.
