THE HEENEY-TUNNEY FIGHT,

Manager Harvey announced on Saturday that Tom Heeney will get 12$ per cent, of the championship gate. He said that he understood the bout would take place in the latter part of July, at New York. He expects that Heeney will leave England within a fortnight to start light training. Dunedin, April 15. On Saturday evening, Tommy GrMiths, Bst. 7£lb., beat Norman Gillespie, Bst. 1351 b., the featherweight, champion of Australia/in a fifteen-round contest for a of £l5O offered by the Otago Boxing Association. The fight was closely contested, and went the full distance.
