RUGBY FOOTBALL.

A committee meeting of the Foxton Football Club will be held in Wlalls rooms at 7.30 o’clock this evening. Word was received on Tuesday that Kia Toa would not be able to meet Foxton on Easter Saturday as previously arranged. A meeting of all Senior players was called for Tuesday evening but as usual, only two were present and the meeting lapsed. Football will commence in real earnest on the Saturday after Easter. The fixtures do not commence until April 21st, The‘ Foxton Club has booked the Masonic Hall for dances during May, when the Mounteds will be in camp on the local racecourse.
