THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at'noon to-day as follows:
The indications are for northerly winds, moderate to strong. There is a prospect of fair weather at first and milder but increasing haze and cloudiness and' later it appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled with some rain probable. Barometer falling soon. Seas and tides moderate, seas increasing.
